Book Review Summary
Tittle: The Go Point
Summary:
This book, “The Go Point”, is describing about the author interviewing and writing about how the choices of the people who needs to make a decision. Although it isn't easy to make one, turning back is also not an option. Also, experience also counts in making a decision. You do not make an instant decision if you do not know how, what is happening or you are in an unfamiliar environment.
One example in the book is that it talks and analyses about the decision made by the firemen while fighting wild land fires in Colorado. This was a huge incident as fourteen wild land firefighters died while trying to put out the fire. So how are decisions made when the leader was at the “go point”? Most of the time when fighting wild land fires, decisions made are often haste and problems arises. Of course, wild land firefighters often come in separate groups. These groups will come together and a leader will be selected to lead the whole team to fight the larger fire. Already, there is a problem between the corporation of the teams. The leader also do not know what the other groups are good in and this results in a chance of choosing the wrong group to do the wrong job, eg: asking an accountant to do a secretary's work. In this example of the Colorado deadliest wild land fire, already there was another problem arose before the team started out to fight the fire. There was not a definite team leader in charge of the everyone and thus not one of the three group leaders went to check out on the weather and fire conditions, as required per normal, leading to a disastrous effect that will take place later, killing fourteen of them. Through this example, i have learn that being a leader is not easy. You are responsible for all the men under your command. And especially, when authorization of a leader is being blurred. You can still make decisions for the men under you, but also there can be other people telling you men to do different stuffs for the same thing. A clash of decision making will occur and the men will definitely become confused of what to do. Also, when under immense stress, one still have to be disciplined enough to stay calm and think through of what to do in those strenuous conditions. One must also not put your men in unnecessary risks if given the chance to do so.
Through this book, i realized that decision making is very important in our everyday lives, no matter what you are doing and where you are. Every single, little decision will always amount to this one “go point”. Depending on each individual, different decisions will be made. Of course, the results will also be different, whether in the good or the bad way. In this book, he has put up many templates on how to make these decisions proper. First, it is to suppress every individual's fear of making complicated decisions that affects many people. Second is to look to the future instead of looking to the past. True, you do learn and obtain experience from the past events, but it will not solve anything if you based your decisions on them. The scenario has changed and although the same problem arises, it does not mean that using the same method of solving the problem from the past will obtain the best possible effect. Thirdly, is to take the strategic initiative. Always ask yourself if the current strategy will still prove winning in the months ahead. If not, always look for alternate means.

lol!! i killed a cockroach!! rofl damn shit man! this is realli the worst tt can happen to me at home! which is having a cockroach liek right in the middle of the night!! how sad can life get man! lol.

well. the story kind of goes like this. i was using the laptop in keon's room, when suddenly my younger brother, ks, came in and told me "hey my room gt cockroach. fuckin big n it flies.' i was thinkin ' SHIT MAN FUCKIN HELL OMG. BBQWTFGGNORE. ' wow was wad came out of my mouth though. rofl. not spouting these nonsense to my bro. thn i went to the living room to grab sum newspapers. lol. rolled it up into a bat like shape b4 gng into the WARGROUND. tt fuckin piece of shiet played hide n seek wif me! it was like hiding in my bag. n i was lucky to b randomly hitting anything tt's near the window. hahaha. i was actualli gng to wack the curtains but my instinct juz told me to wack my bag. damn ciji. thn woo!! it came out. rofl. thn it crawl crawl on my bed pillow n bolster. nabei. fckin dirtyin my area. but heng heng it flew to sumwhere at my bro's table. hahaha thn i wacked it damn hard wif the "bats". wooo!! it disappeared!!! i was so shocked!! OMG LA. it went missing when i wacked it! thn i was like check clearing my bats see if it crawled on one of them or not. well, it din n it apparated. lol. thn ks checked the floor and adacadabra! there u go!! a dead cockroach lying on the fuckin floor (: lol too sum bygon for mosquito n sprayed it to cfm its dead. hahahaha. there was sum fluid on my bro's table's side. SHIOK. ok i knw this is fucked up killin small little lives but i juz had to to do. its shocking but yes. hahaha. im sucha fucker. anyways b4 i killed it, i had to clear everything from my bed, which includes the stuffs tt i brought home from camp, eg:uniforms and clothes.

haha hi ppl! its been damn long since i last blogged! hahha this is due to being so damn bz in singapore. zzzz. u have all the time in aussie to do it man! to think and to type wad u wanna say in a beta phrased and nicer way of presenting it to other ppl. ahahhaa.
soo.. for the past few days, i've been staying in camp! its like chao sian! cuz the senior batches used to not stay in for my scenerio. =( its all bcuz of sum stupid guy. ninabei ^@^$#%#%#$*&%(* [apologies for the amt of profanities used] hahaha but well, there r its advangates, like i get to save alot of money =) esp on transport and food! ahahahahahaha whheeeee.
and yesterday ish like national day! happi bday singapore! lol i sound so patriotic. went to gym in the morning wif jer, and did loads of exercises tt i haven done in a super long time! and well, i did wake up wif a body of aches this afternoon. after tt went to jennie house to mahjong abit. lol i was like damn late and i need to leave early. so paiseh abt it la. but well, since it happened i shalnt think anymore. saturday(which is yesterday)
went out as usual for our normal bookout trips. went to video ez to return our dvd's and thn walked ard to shop for clothes. thn we headed into a pub and there's jacpot machines there. decided to try out luck n most of us won sum money =) well concerning this, I WON THE MOST. OMFG HAHAHAHAHA. i tell u i damn excited. i put 1 buck in, immediately, on the 2nd game, I STARTED WINNING BIG MONEY AND IT TOTALLED UP TO 60 BUCKS. OMG. =) damn happie i tell u hahaha. gonna try tt machine again soon =) damn cool la. ahahaha we were damn shocked when one buck bcame 60. rofl. damn farnie. shall post a pic of the jackpot in awhile.

kk gettin lame abit here. life's in aussie still's goin fine. did five sorties already. its realli great when u have enough slp and tt u achieved some of ur objectives! haha ok this r the fotos which i've colated from my trip from singapore to tamworth and me bookin out =) hahaha onli gt these few as uploading the fotos is a chore. the net's been dcing me for the whole day so yea. got lazy uploading the rest.
life's been great here as u could see. wif all the cheap starburst sweets n all (: the weather here is lovely as its winter right now. the chill onli starts to sets in when its in the morning or evening, when there's no sun at all. hahah and the sky's super blue, cloudless on most of the days in which i've been here and at night, u could see many many stars which u cant see in SG. its damn beautiful and all. jahahabut still all in all, stars in tekong pawns aussie.
tamworth's a small town as u could've walked the whole town in like a day. there's onli a few shopping centers and u could find some of the stuffs dirt cheap if ur in the right place. hahaha. things like coke, in 1 place u could buy it for 80c but u could buy it for 45c in another. hahaha juz like buying shoes in orchard and queensway. okae lame analogy. thn ermm accomodation wise, its good, wif normal beds and a private toilet for each of us here. and the cookhouse's food is damned. lol it owns the cookhouses in SG dip dip. RAWR. hahaha u get to eat steak, lamp chop and loads of potatoes. (: there's ice cream and cakes if u would like sum dessert. n there's HOT CHOCOLATE HERE >.< haha i've been growing fat lately so if u see me bigger and fatter in size, PLS dun b surprised. hahaha.

HI PPL IM BAQ TO BLOG!! hahaha its been a real long time since i've been here aye?

lemme see... last saturday, i tried to swim n tan in the morning. hahaha but too bad i juz cant get dark ): anyways swam wif jh and ww. bernard joined us shorted after we had our lunch for pool. haha thn at night i went out wif jer for gym. woo! worked out quite a sweat but its juz nt enuff to decrease my weight! URGH. im juz too heavy now.
haha thn on sunday, i went out wif wenlin, shaoyong and zaidie! hahaha we went to see sum concert at RP b4 gng to boat quay to makan! hhaha the meal was so ex! each person was abt 40 bucks. all of us ordered different drinks and i ordered white wine =( to my dismay, i realised tt i cant stand white's! zzz. 3 sips n im red! tt sucks man. pictures here to show u how red i can get. anyways the real thing is, the food tt i ordered has a super large serving!! to those whom i've talked to, i finalli got my rejection letter from SMU. =) one down and 2 to go.
well this is quoted from the letter
"in 2008, we received a record number of some 16k applicants vying for 1650 places. it means tt onli 1 out of 10 applicants will succeed in gettin a place here" WOW omg man. r u kidding me abt tt? well, n the letter wrote in such a way tt i sucked badly in my results and they wont accept me. zzz. nvm abt it. rofl.

anyways today was a realli interesting day! hahaha i went to the lasik center for an eye checkup to see if its alright for lasik(prk) hahah i went in thn waited for awhile b4 being asked to enter sum room. it was totalli dark n i was requested to sit at sum machine. IT WAS THE COOLEST EVA MAN. hahaha this machine had light thingy that scans ur eye wif the white light. like those in the movies! =) well it took a few seconds to complete tt shiet. thn i had to go n check the degree of my eyes, the pressure tt my eyes can take and i dunno wads tt for but, they dripped numbing drops into my eyes and used a poker to poke ard my cornea. hahaha my vision was damn cool as i can see ripples from my eye! =) thn i had to b asked to put paper in my eye to see if my eye ish dry or not. 5 mins of pain man. fuck. u cant roll ur eyes as it'll make the paper cut ur eyes more. zzz thn was dripped a pupil enlarging eyedrop. hahaha i went to the toilet and checked it out. DAMN NICE. hahaha lets say the brown part of the eye, which i dunno wad u call it, is 1 cm diameter, the black area was 0.85mm big! damn cool! hahaha like monster liek tt =x thn went to a room wif 1 light instrument. the doctor pissed me off by intensifying the light and shine into my eye, which gave me various seconds of PAIN. fuckin hell. normal light is already giving me problems n he did tt. GG man. well thn he tell me tt i can go for my agc. woo!! damn happie!

thn went baq to camp for the normal stuffs. boring life. ARGH

hahaha thx to bin, i get to watch this sitcom series [ how i met your mom ]. i can tell u, its damn friggin nice! =)

anyways juz to update. went gyming on saturday wif jeremy. rofl. i nv got out of the gym wif non-sore muscles b4. thn had dinner b4 gng to meet bin hs and toff for pubbing! hahaha. its been damn long since i saw toff man. missed crappin wif him. anyways we stayed at our usual pub, the santuary. ordered a "china green" and it tasted good, esp wif the alcohol n mixers. thn listened to the live band and caught up wif each other for the past wk. well, i kind of decided to walk to clark quay from wisma! but the 3 of them kind of dragged me into the nearest cab on the side of the road =.= haha thn went to cafe iguana! the best pub after 12, due to its 40% off its orders during its happy hour. we ordered a soursop margarita! well it tasted kind of fruity and by the time i reached 3/4 of the cup, i decided nt to drink anymore! cuz i think i'll get rashes the nxt day again! hahaha. but it kind of din appear so i was quite happy =) thn we walked to chinatown to eat porridge. quite nice there but i aint gonna recommend it for its pricey food.

hmm.. tt's all for the night baaa. was quite tired at the end already. haha cuz it was ard 3 when we left the place.

happie bday to meifen n meifang! though i knw tt both of them dun read my blog. hahaha.

life's still the same. though its kind of gettin more interesting and fun! =) especially wif the coming of labour day! haha. its a gre8 break for every1 tt's workin or in ns! finalli able to meet up wif some cliques and friends. been a long time since i saw all of em. =( missed em so. sumhow, although its damn obvious, i keep feeling tt ppl r gettin further n further apart [in the feelings sense], like how i used to b so close to my buddies/best friends, could b now like not talkin for weeks! i dunch knw why but is time a criteria for this? like if there's more time, would i still b able to talk to them again?

ok baq to bloggin abt the ~~boring~~ normal life tt im gettin through now. today slacked like no tml. had MC for triggering rashes from drinkin(as seen in previous post, or did i even mention abt the MC there?). tried to find things to do but well, after takin medication for the rashes, i fell asleep. yea. the medication causes DROWSINESS. thn did all the normal stuffs n all.
ok..juz watched [love actually] damn nice show i must say. i guess i could replay it all over again and watch it serveral times. reminded me of how beautiful life is actualli.

kk enlistment started on the 10th of jan, juz like the date listed above. hmm took the ferry in and waited for the arrival of the HUGELY anticipated TEKONG. the rides kind of short, like maybe 10 mins? well, the feeling i get from tt is "HOLY SHIT, IM ENTERING AN ISLAND FROM NOWHERE" haha cant believe it aye? nv though tt kahyeow would think this way yar? haha. well, juz like most of the guys there, i shaved b4 going in. haha gng in was the simple part man. after like waitin for ages, i was led to my parents again for dinner. had sum stupid yam rice or wadeva. it sucked badly man. zzz. sumore i heard tt its the best tt u can hav. cant believe tt there's worse waitin for me. thn me the other guys were led to take our necessities. fuckin heavy. had to drag the bag all the way from the field to the company line there. everything was baq to routine since thn. every day the same stuffs going on and off. met many new friends from my section. haha. they're the best! all wanna bcome man de. lol. my buddy best summore. can do 30+ pull ups. look at me man! 8 max nia. hahahahaa. im slack. after waitin abt 1wks + or so, i gt my posting. lol. the 1st thing tt went through my mind was "WTF" when i saw where i was posted to. its to air force!! OMG. haha and its at depot road!! i cant believe tt i was posted there when i was expecting an OCS or sispec!! but the best thing abt this vocation is 8-530 =) stay out's the best man! *grins*

hmm... thn on the 5th of april, i kena stomach inflammation. it was damn painful and u wont wanna try to get this shit. hahaha. but i am like the luckiest guy on earth!! cuz b4 i found out tt its stomach inflammation, i was thinkin its stomach ulcer!!! its like the hardest thing tt would heal for ur stomach! haha thn stomach inflammation is like the least servere case of abdominal pain! woots! anyways ppl, NEVA SKIP MEALS. tts my advice for u and eat ur meals on time! hmm. gastroscopy isnt fun to play wif man. shall list out the procedures b4 i forget em. 1st, doctor will spray ur throat wif sum medication, which numbs ur throat. this is to prevent u from vomitting when he inserts the TUBE down ur throat. nxt, he will put a circular thingy wif a hole in the mid into ur mouth. thn he will strap that thing on n u will bite on the plastic thingy. the nxt thing u knw, the tube's in ur mouth and ur fucked. hahahaha. for me , i felt the tube at the end of my throat. its fucked up. thn slowly, he will push it against ur throat and ask u to swallow the tube. its hard, vomit inducing, but i juz had to get it over n done wif. i had to swallow 3 times b4 the doctor says "ok, the worst is over. thats the hardest part of the operation and u've juz finished it, cuz the throat's the tighest part of the area tt he's gonna b scannin in the operation. haha thn i felt the tube gng down my oseophagus and its kind of fun. ^^ thn he asked the nurse to flush my stomach like a few times. LOL. its damn shiok! haha a once in a blue mooon experience!! u can neva feel cold water gushin into ur stomach man!! thn they scan scan a few times thn pull out ler. i was like quite scared at the start cuz i wanna swallow but the tube's in my throat n i dun dare due to damages tt r unseen. haha but after i tried once, it felt fine n i continued doin it. nth went wrg and the tube was finalli pulled out of my throat. AGAIN, it's the suckiest feeling tt u can eva feel and well, once its out, U FEEEL LIKE ur in heaven. hahaa. thn i was led to the toilet to get rid of the saliva and mucus. well, i came out and waited for awhile b4 gettin my report. the whole procedure was damn fast and i was able to go home at 10am.

ZZZZ. have been eatin that shiet for like at least 10 times w/in 3wks! damn sick of it already. but zaidie was there lo. we need to find places that are halal. thn i tried the combo murtabak. friggin 10 bucks. inside gt squid, onions, mushroom and sum other unknown stuffs. its quite sweet for an unknown reason! but tasted nice. prices there are too hiked up alrdy yea~ sighs. petrol cost also. i pummped like 10 bucks of pertol AND THE PETROL METER DIN EVEN MOVE AT ALL. damn sick la. $2.08/litre. cant believe that its gettin so exp! and when i saw the receipt in the car, i realised that petrol spending for the previous month was 500 bucks! its like chao exp and i think im the one cause of such a high cost! am starting to drive slow n steady liao. waste less petrol. gonna stay at 80km/hr le. i dun realli care how fast im reaching home le. as long as the journey is smooth, that is all. haha. i still gt loads to improve on, especialli turning bends. speed's always to fast and the car's gt the almost drifting feeeling. so if u readers sumhow are in my car, pls remind me to go slow!! =) well i also realised that there's no chance of us progressing any further, if my suspisions are nt wrg. well. juz let it be baaa~ neeways im still improving on my driving techniques. pls feeedback to me after u've taken a ride.

band fest(from the 12th to 16th of dec)

haha band fest was real fun! and i mean realli realli fun! onli sum ppl understand this aye? hahaha ^^ band prac was strainous and ciji man! !! well for me its super fun and motivating =D i bet ppl like shao yong will understand. hahahaaa. hmm. thn our conductor(holst) is super good! tens and thousands of times beta thn our own conductor. always does lame jokes n all ^^ nth much to continue on from here aye? 4 friggin boring days of practices. thn we performed at esplanade on the last day. cool right! hahaha but i dun think so man. the hall is less thn 1/2 filled full la. sian 1/2. sittin down there is like. wow. performing to such a megre amt of ppl. must as well dun perform at all. but owell, we juz did the performance. hmm the past 5 days was quite goood baa! got to knw her n all. ^^ hahah but yea stop contacting each other after those 5 days. hmm... nth much le. took qutie a few pics but shall upload them later.

anyways lifes been great!! lol to the extent that i could even go shoppin in the midst of A's!! hahaha.. oh recently i went shopping wif a few friends for prom. thn in sum shop(shalnt name it), i saw a cute girl!! and the way she presents herself is damn sweet!! omg!!! i think if she's younger i'll go jio her man! haha but yea... im nt into jie di lian. thn i went to sum shop in tanjong pagar. the shop sold blazers at 80 bucks man! quite cheap if u ask me so. =) but the downside of the cheap blazers is that its not body fit, so guys, if ur plump or wadeva and wanna look slim, neva visit that place.

hmmm~ today is the 7th day right after prelims hav started. heh~ well.. i've juz decided that i will started studying over night again for physics paper tml =) hope that it'll be in time so that i could pass the paper. however, this will b a big porblem, as i will hav chem, physics and math paper cosecutively for 3 days. i cant dun slp for 3 days man~ so i realli wish that my prelims will do well~ haha... heh~ i think im the onli few crazy ones that's still updating blogs! well... :D

recently went baq to nan hua. damn missed the times where i had spent all my 4 years in. the feeling was still indescribable. its like comin baq to sumwhere where u belong and that u hav left that place for a realli long time. unforgettable events such as playin "oleh" on the 5th lvl started flashing pass in my memories. i cant even believe that i did that at that time. and winning a dumb racial harmony prize when i was doing detention. and detention was like the most fun last time! we washed classrooms wif firehoses and made everything wet :D it was super fun! thn there were the times when me and my classmates started to talk abt our form teacher, ms teo. her eyes were always on the ceiling when she talks to us and when she did that we would all start to giggle and luff at her. haha... thn there was the class bbq, car pooling in the early morning, being late for school, goin late for lessons after recess etc.

i will never forget those times.

hey people!!! its been so long since i blogged!!

hmm....shall update abit here n there... ^^ though it'll be kinda brief due to my laziness. hahaha..

i passed my driving basic theory test! hhaha.. wootS!! i finished it in like 5 mins loo.....it was so easy!! afterall, i did all the practice booklets like 2 times each, and there're onli 4!! unless the final theory 1, which has like 11 booklets? 1 session is not enuff to finish em all 1 lo. haha... thn got my PDL. (: so happi laa!! finalli can go out onto the main road and drive already!! hehe. thn booked my final theory test. it'll be on the 20th of july. hope that i'll pass it on my 1st try too =)

the days started off wif the 1st 15 mins spent wif shenghui n peilin. lols. pooling was hilarious!! lets go out and play again sometime soon!! =) thn slpt and waited to go for ns checkup.
i met up wif jer and well... spent quite a long time finding the CMPB. inside, the guy used a spring thingy to poke my middle finger. thn got blood oozing out. i was like "wow! cool stuffs u hav!" hahaha... kk that was quite lame. thn we're supposed to take a urine test at the urinal. why cant they juz ask u to pee on the freakin test thingy? its nt any diff from dipping it into the bottle of urine, which is like much more disgusting? thn went into the room after that to draw my blood. the medic there was like darn cool laaa.. keep talkin alot of bullshit abt the blood and all. haha... thn he poke until half his eyes like poping out. my blood went under my skin, which is like damn bad? cause it'll cause a bad swell for a few days.... thn he went to poke the other side. he also said he dun wanna poke the same person 2 times... but juz that if i kena call baq again thn i mafan.... thn nxt is dental. the dentist was like saying "1/4 this 3/6 that and wadeva laaaa" cant understand her. the station was boring. thn went for xray, thn test for hearing. the hearing thingy was quite retarded laa.. i dun even knw that "ding" sound was a beep? for the 1st few i gave the guy the "????" mark face through the soundproof space. hahaha.. thn after the test i found out i was PES A in hearing. quite retarded laa... thn check ur ************ thn did the computer questionaire. got 1 part i do all wrong laa.. i din knw im supposed to rotate the pics to the btm of the page..... thn i all juz any how do laa. lols.. completed it w/in a short time and screwed up all the answers for that section =))

me, nic, marc. singhwa and matthew went out wif eugene to celebrate and early bday celebration wif hiM!! haha... we went to play lan in the afternoon. at e2max at "the cathay" it was freakin expensive and their tft bnet cant host online!! 3.50 an hr man! how expensive can lan get. wel.. screwed ard and after that went to JCC(jurong country club) to hav dinner wif him and his family and relatives. i tot all of us(7 guys+his family) would b sitting together...instead, eugene and us were like sitting at one corner. it was so diaos laaa... thn ordered butter salmon and crapped ard. eugene's mom darn cool la!! she's like been teasing marcus non stop abt him and erhm. hhahahaa.. thn all of us luffed non stop. the atmosphere was darn awkward for us when we entered the room.. cause its like we're strangers and knew no 1 inside. thn eugene cut cake and we ate sum. oh.. there was this condor heros show goin on at that time.. lols... we went out to watch it and waited for the ending. it was soo comical!! all of us started to sing that draggy song "jiang hu xiao~ en yuan liao~...." thn awhile later left the place. walked ourselves out. sweaty and hot like mad. thn after awhile eugene called me "eh kahyeow... u knw right, the gers said that nic was the most shuai there...." thn i was like LOL. =) no offences nic, if ur even reading. kk thats all for that day.

hmmm~ havent been updating lately. shall try to remember as much as i can abt the stuffs i did a few days ago =) nice me.

on sunday, i went swimming wif eugene! hahaha... btw he swam like 55laps x 50m = 2.75km darn lot laaaa... thn i onli swim like 10++ laps thn went to tan alraedy.. haven been significantly darker though~ screw the sun. thn after that both of us went to makan at westmall. b4 eating we went to watsans to buy sum stuffs. while lookin for the stuff i wanted, both of us were attracted to a commotion at the counter. its like sum guy is scolding the cashier. thn the cashier girl was crying laaa.. soo pooor thing. well... smth like this happened---> the cashier girl took the guys card to pay for the stuffs... thn she returned him. thn i think she asked for it again,cause maybe she din swap the card properly or smth. thn the guy was like ^@#!$#%#@!&$^$. keep scolding her and stuffs. he shouted smth liek that " the moment u return the card to the customer, it means that the transection is done. isnt it?" thn bla bla bla alot of bullshit. thn i think that i heard the amt of the things he bought was 7 bucks. ftw man. cant he juz afford to let it go or smth? its onli 7 bucks. its darn insignificant to a working man la. and that guy looks rich. best thing is that he scolded the cashier wif his whole family beside him(i think juz his wife and child) its like ruining everyone's day juz for that measly 7 bucks.

kk.. did nth much today.. went out to gym at delta wif zaewe and biN!! its been a long time since we realli went out together or smth laaa.... thn went for lunch b4 goin zaewe's house to bath n study. read the chem 101 equations thingy. its begining to b real easy for me to memo the stuffs after chem spa skill A!! dunno why too... hahaha.. thn went home bathed and dressed up nice nice to go nhhs cultural pop 7. asked my dad to send me, toff n nic to the meeting place.. he agreed to it! hahaa.. chao nice.
during the cultural pop, some of the programmes was like darn boring and all. almost fell asleep in one of the show. btw the seats at University Cultural Center (UCC) is like super cramped? i cant stretch my legs n all. thn keep shifting to let my legs hav sum space to stretch. hmmm thn at the ending of the cultural pop, 4 teachers came on onstage to sing. it was CHAO CHAO CHAO farni!! hahaha.. all those slping ppl woke up!! there's this teacher who sang "wang bu liao" she was like OMG laaa... hahaha btw when i was still in nhss, i remmeber that she used to love to hug the mike during teachers day or smth when the teachers are supposed to sing songs on stage. lols... *memory flashbacks*
well.. after that went to makan prata wif nic,zae,bin,jy,zf,jeet,drew. toff n keith went home right after the show. the prata shop was like darn far away from the bustop? thn had to pia baq to the bustop to catch the last bus... best thing is that all of us wore long sleeve. it was darn hot and sweaty after we reached the bus stop. one 197 passed by and me,nic and zf decided to wait for the last 198. n guess wad? the last bus already went off minutes ago. super sianed. shld hav taken the 197. gt aircon n all. waited ages for another 197. i suddenly felt darn sad laa. missed the times when i had to wait for the bus home from school everyday wif my friends at that particular busstop. thn i took 334 wif nic to jurong. got off 1 stop earlier thn nic and i still hav to walk like few km home. darn sianed. thn i called YX. =) had a great time talkin to her n all. caught up wif stuffs ages ago. thn reached home and KOON. hahahaa.

went out to suntec wif my mom. i had to do it since my mom doesnt knws how to walk to suntec from cityhall mrt station. brought her to the book exibition hall and i zhaoed immediately. lols. all the books were in chinese laaa. the moment i entered the hall i felt the reiatsu of the books and decided to leave due to the sleep inducing place. walked ard suntec 1st. din see any stuffs. thn suddeny thought of marina square!! went there to hav a long walk and i saw a pair of nice shoes!! lols.. nice right!! =) btw was also lookin for a set of senhiesser de PX 100. its like super gd n all laa.. been wanting that since a few months ago but due to nt enuff finance, i shall get it after i've gt the money. hmmm~ thn i went baq to find my mom. guess wad she told me? then there's ys. i'm sure ys is not tat stupid to not notice tat he's being dao-ed by the girls. esp hui. why do u all hav to be so direct? yes ys can be quite irritating at times. but can u all throw aside ur personal prejudices and look at things from a neutral point of view? ys jus happen hav a low eq. Now its not they refuse to join in, but we're shutting them out. we think we're the only normal 1 here. but in fact, we're acting like some bastards who start otracising ppl when we like.

i feel there's a need to say all these and let every1 of u noe. i'm sure no1 wish the situation to worsen. 1st there's econs/cll gang. then lan-game gang and non-lan game gang. then guys and girls+ys. then when things starts to get better when guys+girls, we got sk out, ys out. Now u all wan suz out too? when is it my turn? when can we ever be a CLASS again?

i'm saying this before its too late. before the class is no longer bonded tgr, but only consists of individual pursuing their own needs and wants. friends become foes, and foes become strangers. 10 years down the road, do u all want to see each other and think he/she is just some stranger whom i studied with 10 years ago? or work tgr to eradicate all these negative feelings about one another and tgr create a friendship that will last forever? every1 have grew alot since last year, but i dun seem to see any1 mature enough to handle such little friendship problems. its really time to grow up every1. everything we say and do have an effect on some1 else. thn i pawned myself by sayin that theres work done. *correct--> no work done* =( screwed the concepts up real bad~. lols though i said force X distance = workdone. since there was force and it have moved over a small distance, there is work done.

wooo!! hahaha.. today is such a fun day!

hmm.. started off wif wakin up at 7am in the morning! i have to prepare to go to school for my napha test! super sian diao when i reached school. gt a real bad stomachache. but after awhile jiu ok already =D. was chattin wif my classmates abt the napha test! its quite exhilarating to think about what your gonna score for ur 6 stations! 1st, we went to the sit and reach stations. hahaa. i got a score of 49cm!! was so happi la! cause gettin A for that section is >48cm! hahaha.. darn super tyco. thn followed up by chin ups. did 10 of em (: scored an A which is supposingly >9 for this station. hahaha. followed by situps which is also an A, thn my worst nightmare. its the standing broad jump. super sian diaox when im supposed to jump 230cm. cause in order to get a gold this year, im suppposed to score a C for this station. thn 1st jump made it! hahaha. so happi la. thn walked off after recording the results. thn 2.4km. cock lor. the running is like WOW ppl are like jamming the whole sihty place up. there're like at least 130 ppl runnin on the track at the same time? haha. thn we were given 20 seconds grace for us to spread out and run properly =) thn i ran like 11 mins la. ard there. got a B i guess =D hahaha... thn went to hav breakfast wif yb,nic,marc,sh,cyril. hahaa was screwing ard there until econs lessons. i went to nic house to bath and ponned econs. thn went for gp. it was so funni la! during gp we were dealing wif verbs adverbs grammer everything. hahaha. but it was slack and fun! =D

how to write an essay on this... the truth is so subjective la... knn hard to define it. well, i tried to work it out today but to no avail. haha. the defination is like so hard to think of. cant believe i took 1/2 hr juz to think of the defination. ok shall stop goin around in circles.

hello ppl! im baq to blog again!! haha =D lifes been fine recently

i shall start elaborating on my 'interesting' school hols!

ok..~ so on monday and tuesday, i had to go baq to school for xtra lessons. as you knw, xtra lessons are eff boring... so im nt goin to bother updating em. but on tuesday after lessons, i went wif nicholas to the pioneer sports hall gym! haha.i think its called pioneer sports hall la, since its like so near pioneer. thn worked out for 2 hrs++. haha.. ran like 4km in total? super shuang la.. the tread mill. keep changing the spd from 16.0-5.0 lols.. it was fun lookin at the timing and tryin to complete 2.4 w/in 11 mins, which is impossible for me now. thn actualli, after gym, i wanna go town 1. but the singapore weather is gettin beta and beta by the dayy~ it started raining soon after i said im gonna leave to go and repair my ipod. this totalli rawks man. thn sian diao slacked wif nic in the gym for 1/2 hr b4 started walkin in the rain home.

i went out wif yongboon, sweehuat and sheng jie to kbox in the morning! had loads of fun singing wif guys la! lols.. thn screwed ard until the voice no more already. haha~ thn i saw yu juin, my nhhs ncc friend, and elanor. its so funni to keep seeing people u knw during the hols at such a non-attractive place. after kbox, onli me and yongboon left for KAP macs to study. the both of them went to do their own business le la. lols. thn when i was studyin, i readlised that there was 2 fat asses and 1 guy sitting at the table opposite us. they are freakin retarded. wadeva they say also want to slang, including being loud. stupid freaks. almost asked them to shudup. i cant imagine why these fat asses who are ugly often likes to attract attention. its not like ppl see them cause they chio or wad. its cause they are ****s and ppl juz want to ask them to shuddup. ok~ but the day proceeded fine soon after they left. after studyin for quite a long while, i decided to leave KAP for home. super hungry la.. on my way out of the macs, i saw a long lost nhhs friend. haha.. said hi to her anways =D ok thats all for the day.

today, im went for band camp. it was super uber freakin fun la! ok la. maybe the night part. the afternoon session was like sectionals and combi band.... is soooo taxing la. lost quite alot of energy. thn at night we played sum night catching =D its darn fun when the whole school is so darK! hahahah.. thn we watched "American Pie Band Camp" which i downloaded and brought to school so that i could share the rest of the band members ^^ its super funni!! all of them laughed at certain scenes! but at the last end, it was quite touching for such a show! hehe~ thn cheexuan, cassandra, alex and calister went to watch the stars. me sweehuat and mike went back to the classroom block wif the rest. howeva, the 3 of us opened another classroom so that we could do our homework! but it din work out that way though~ electric field for physics is like super hard to understand la! maybe cause my processing power loww~ soon after, i gave up doin the tutorial and went to play cards wif the rest of the non-slpin people. lols. played sum funni dai di game. was so hilarious la. cant believed wad we did there... thn we went for a walk and ate cup noodles at ard 3am =D. thn at 530, every one started dozing off in the classrooms. and i onli slp for 1 1/2 hrs!! so tired la. thn had sectionals at 10am onwards. thn went for physics lesson. was so happY! i FINALLI PASSED MY 1st PHYSICS TEST LA.WOOOOOTS. hahaha =D thn continued to go for band. ate macs for lunch. hahaha... ok la. im too tired to elaborate much. shall upload sum pics of the band camp of jj soon here ok? =D

wooO!!! we went to newton circle to hav our dinner! was so lucky la! we found a table for 11 ppl w/in minutes. hahaha.... the guys paid for the stuffs ourselves. was feelin so budget! but after the oyster ommelette came, the budget wall was kind of breakin down. after the mussels came, every body started goin"screw the fuckin budget" lols.. the scene was darn commical. ahaa... thn we eat until darn shuang. haha.. cant believe that food taste that gd laa! thn me and nicholas realli wantted to eat the freakin tiger prawn! but its like so expensive la! the prawn is like 1 1/4 rulers length. thn it cost like 12-20 bucks each. thn we are like cravin for that crap like dnno wad. ok.. thn the guys ordered stingray, baby sotongs, mussels, oyster omelette, and 8 bowls of rice. haha. eat until darn shuang. thn after dinner, we saw 2 caucassians eatin the freakin chilli crab. ITS SUPER MOUTH WATERING LA. at 1st they dunno how to eat crabs 1. thn the stall owner taught them, gave them the shell breaker. thn right, 5 mins ltr, u see the caucassian eat until darn shuang. i was like omg drooolin on the table liao laa! if im eva goin there again i shall eat the chilli crabs! haha.. ok end of the super exeggerated newton circle food.

ok i went down to meeet batty and jer to buy jennie's present. haha..we walk like super long laaa... thn arrived at fila shop in whisma. the shirts are sold freakingly cheap la! 70% discount lei!! wanted to go there to walk again, but time did not allow me to do that =( thn after dinner, i went down to meet them again, as i left them to do smth from 6-10pm. when i reached city hall, it was like omgosh crazliy crowded! thn i saw meifang! and her friends of course. thn during the fireworks, i watched it wif meifang and her friend! ok. i feeel so bad not remembering her name! thn walked for quite a while before goin home. hmm... thn on my way home, i chatted to my jiejie! shes my saviour man! entertained me for like 40 mins la! hahaha.. so nice =D thx jie! thn reached home and bathed. lols.. was using the com thn my bro came baq at 3am. was darn commical. his face pop in like "omgosh sum 1 is still awake" haha.. thn we chatted abit before gg to slp. cant take it any more man, with shortness of slp and slpin at 3+am in the morning. hahaa.

slacked at home.... was waitin for my dadddy to come home! so that i can ask him to drive me to uncle house to return the long borrowed winter coat to him! feelin so guilty that i haven returned him laa! givin him sum xi-an sweets too! hope that it doesnt taste reall badd. thats wad i hope laa.. cause their stuffs down there sucked like hell. hmm... thn... waited for like the whole day. still haven come home! sadded =( thn in the meantime, i was listeing to trance songs, which are like techno but not techno those kind. the base n upbeats listen until very shiok! wahahaa... i turned up the volume to like 3/4 n 3/4 of the subwoofer. it was hilarious. the computer table was vibrating violently due to the subwoofer. hahaha....

today is the start of my studyin day. i woke up at a freakin 12pm. was like scolded by dad laa! cause he said he come home liao i still haven wake up. slpin like a log... haha...thn i took out the math notes that herng yue lend me yesterday. haha.. was so grateful that she lent me laa! ah... thn i started copyin n studyin complex numbers. its so diff laaa.... still gt wad argument of Z or smthing like that.. cant realli understand. maybe cause im listening to my super precious ipod video. =D ok.. thn went out wanna go meet meifen return her the physics notes!. was like supposed to meet at 630pm. thn right. i kena fly kite. lols.. asked meifang down instead. haha... was soo funni laa! thn it rained like dunno wad.... thn i went home. ok.. thats all for the day. haha.. no pictures of wad i did.

xmas eve.. hmmm.. well... i rotted at home for 1/2 a day. was havin a sick morning as mom WOKE me UP again due to her karaok singing. it was super screwed laaa! cant get baq to slp after that. but not long after i woke up, my bro's tuition teacher came. was so lucky that he din get to see me half naked slpin! wooo! hahaha... thn in the early afternooon, my bro went to KL wif my dad. was so envious laaa... i wanna go KL too! shopping! haha.. okaes.. err... thn i tried to go baq to slp due to the insufficient rest i had that morning. I CANT. as i was snoozin off, 99% gg to slp, my bro called me. was so diaox!! thn.... it was kind of hard to get baq to slp. thn my bro's friend came our house. i stupidly let him use the com laa! he said my mom let him use or wadeva.. nvm the misunderstanding was clarified. brothers again! thn after that i went out. the "dinner" was soo fun laa!! crappin soooo much! thn i saw kaidi--->s12 or s13 der i forgot liao.... but it was a coincidence. =D after dinner we went home. haha... thn after that... i expected to receive alot alot of misunderstandings. i guess soo~ but nvm =D wont get affected easily. heheheh...

DAY 1

ok... i shall start updatin on the oeep trip. it was super duper fun! hahaa.... 1st day, we were complaining liek dunno wad on the plane. like china airline sucks, no space at the seats there.. hav to squeeze liek duno wad.... lols.. etc. btw. the trip is super exciting man. gt nice nice clouds view. this pic looks liek its taken from a spacecraft.

thn right,1st day. we arrived at guanzhou airport. had a great lunch as the plane food sucks. heres wad we ate.

day 1 is so freakin boring that u can neva imagined it. thn started to pia abit of fotos. haha...

DAY 2

the start of a new day is a freakin mess. we had a morning call from the receptionist. n it was freakin irritating. the call sounds smth like that

i immediately hang the fone man. thn another call came. its even funnier. the receptionist called personally.

her:"have you woken up?(in chinese)"

me:"ya" [duh? if i nv wake up i wont take the fuggin call.] quite pissed wif it.

this is seriously wastin time lo. screw it. pissin ppl off at the start of a new day. thn we went to lecture. the guys were so slack. you should be able to see the difference btwn the guys n girls from these fotos.

haha..... after this we had lunch at sum da qing jiao zi dian. sum dumbpling shop. the foood was super yucky. u hav to suck the bone marrow from the big big bone they gave u. its was quite babaric.

thn in the evening, we went to the tang dynasty theme park. its was super fun. haha.... there's like a watershow at night laa... wif fireworks n all. its very beautiful. haha....

DAY 3

ok~ so we started on our cultural tour at qu jiang which is located in xi-an. we took quite alot of group pictures and all yea. the guides of that place was super friendly and all.

hm... thn we went to kfc to haf our lunch. their portugese egg tarts are the best. u will nv see kfc selling egg tarts in singapore 1 lo. dumb tards.

haha... nxt we went to the bell n drum towers. its like quite uninterestin. super sian over there. thn suddenly 1 retard wanted to take a pic in front of the bell

haha... thn we went for the ming wall cycling! its was super super fun laaa... all of us rode like 13.8km totalled up each person. hahaha... the ride was liek.."eh.. .we reaching liao. u see that pagoda over there? its near the starting spot. thn we continued to ride for like 1 hr more b4 we finalli finished cyclin." haha... we were soooo late for the MOU signing ceremony, which is the 2 principles of each school signing sum stupid crap wif each other. its like so retarded.

DAY 4

we went to sum school to listen to lectures. im not gonna elaborate much here, cause it was darn boring. so serious that 1/2 the team was slpin in the lectures. hahaha... here is sum of the pics that we took there.

thn we went baq to the same place to slp again. zzzzzz..... super retarded.took quite alot of pics here... hahaha.... u will see wad the guys did. jonah was missin cause he was sick. =( kind of wasted yea...

thn it was GRACE bday CELEBRATION! haha.. i think she died like 3 times on the spot. 1st is the surprise. 2nd is it was done in front of the whole crowd. 3rdly, sum guy came up to sing the bday song. haha.. that guy was the talentime winner of this year.

im gettin lazy to upload n elaborate every thing yea. hahaha.. .so many days laa... screw it. thn tpday was a boring day. wrote sum report in the morning, thn went to the ocean world in xi-an. super boring and there's nth much there other thn the underwater creatures.

went to visit the terracotta warriors. boring like duno wad too. =( it was liek suppossed to b darn grand or wadeva laa.. thn see liao diaos~ no more mood to see anything.

whoo!! thn we had our grad night. =D it was juz realli a grad night man. we juz onli received our certs.
